Raw IV-curve and continuous-voltage measurements for current-ripple PEM electrolyser degradation study

Measurement and fitted-parameter data from a 1000-hour durability campaign on four single-cell PEM water electrolysers, each supplied with a different current-ripple condition at the same 2 A mean current (PEM1 = 300 Hz, PEM2 = pure DC, PEM3 = 600 Hz, PEM4 = 1200 Hz; all at 50% ripple magnitude). Data: per-cycle IV polarisation curves (4 cells x 9 characterisations), the complete continuous ~1 Hz voltage log over the full campaign (4 cells, ~3.37 million samples each), and fitted four-parameter electrochemical model values (R_mem, alpha, i0, I_lim) with RMSE. All files are CSV, with a README describing structure, columns, units, and the cell-to-ripple mapping.
