Data supporting - Natural radionuclide distribution in Brazilian foods: activity concentrations and radiological dose assessment in coffee and fresh produce

Description

This dataset contains the complete processed data for activity concentrations (in Bq/kg) for 226Ra, 228Ra, and 40K in all analyzed coffee, vegetable, legume, and fruit samples . It also includes the annual food consumption rates (kg/year) for the adult population used in the radiological dose assessment. Anthropogenic 137Cs was below detection limits in all samples.
