Description

The "Checklist for round 1.xlsx" and "Checklist for round 2.xlsx" files contain the blank checklists provided to experts at the start of each respective round. The "Results for round 1.xlsx" and "Results of round 2.xlsx" files summarize anonymized expert ratings and comments, along with calculated quantitative expert-group results collected after each round's completion. Finally, "Summary and instructions for round 1 and 2.docx" details the completion of round 1 and provides instructions for the round 2 checklist.
