Description

This dataset includes normalized untargeted metabolomics and proteomics data from mouse plasma following hemorrhagic shock with tissue trauma (HS/T). Mice were treated with genetic deletions or pharmacologic inhibitors targeting cell death pathways, including Gsdmd-/-, Casp1-/-, Casp11-/-, Mlkl-/-, Zbp1-/-, and drugs such as z-VAD, Necrostatin-1, Ferrostatin-1, and Disulfiram. These data were used to identify GSDMD-dependent multi-omic features and develop a GSDMD-specific omics score (GSOS) associated with inflammation, sex-based differences, and outcomes. This dataset supports the findings of the manuscript: "Gasdermin D drives the systemic storm and mortality after trauma with hemorrhage to a greater degree in biological females than males."
