Description

The datasets generated and analyzed in this study consist of: the results of the nonparametric Wilcoxon test applied to ovine plasma metabolites, reporting the test statistic (W), p-values, and significance levels for each metabolite, highlighting the main metabolic differences between the two groups, as also demonstrated by principal component analysis (PCA) (PC1); the relative integrated areas of the main metabolites identified by 1H NMR analysis, representing the spectral integration of characteristic regions associated with carbohydrates, amino acid derivatives, organic acids, and lipid components.
