Description

This data set contains the open die forging simulation results for varying aspect ratio of the geometry as well as bite ratio and height reduction. The results are assembled into files that include the node values for position and equivalent strain in a 2D cross-section. This data is recorded for time increments before and after the forging strokes. Each result file contains data for three forging strokes indicated in the header. Addtional information regarding the structure of the data and the data collection methodology can be found in the file 'readme.txt'.
