Description

This dataset contains the results of an experimental study examining the effects of gaming and breathing tasks on the flow state and subjective experience of participants. A total of 137 participants were initially recruited and randomly assigned to either a gaming group or a breathing group. The gaming group completed a modified Stroop task on a mobile application, while the breathing group engaged in a guided breathing exercise. Both groups completed pre- and post-task assessments using the CDFS-2 scale to measure their general and immediate states. Data were analyzed from 127 participants after excluding invalid responses. The dataset includes demographic information, task performance metrics, scale scores, and qualitative responses to open-ended questions.
