Description

This dataset contains raw and minimally processed data generated for the study investigating immune and microbial profiles across multiple upper respiratory tract (URT) niches in healthy adults. It includes cytokine and chemokine concentrations, total and antigen-specific antibody measurements, 16S rRNA sequencing data (phyloseq file), pathogen PCR results, Olink 96 Inflammation Panel results and associated sample metadata.
