The dataset supporting the findings of the study titled "Observing picomolar protein unfolding using resonance light scattering". This dataset includes raw and processed resonance light scattering measurements used for melting point determination of bovine serum albumin (BSA) at concentrations ranging from 1 µM to 1 pM, as well as data obtained from pharmaceutical formulations containing botulinum toxin A (BoNT-A) and Human Serum Albumin (HSA) as a stabilizer. All data are label-free and were generated to assess protein stability at ultralow concentrations, addressing critical needs in biopharmaceutical formulation research.
