DSC Testing: In accordance with ASTM E1356‑08, 5–10 mg CF/PEEK samples were placed in a differential scanning calorimeter and heated from room temperature to 400℃ at a rate of 20℃/min. TGA Testing: The sample weight is 5–10 mg, the temperature range is 30–600 °C, and the heating rate is 10 °C/min. During the test, the flow rates for both the purge gas and the shielding gas are 20 mL/min. Temperature Field Testing:The online temperature measurement platform consists of a K-type thermocouple (KTC), the M208 high-speed data acquisition card (TOPRIE, Shenzhen Top Electronics Co., Ltd.), and a laptop computer. The KTC has a thermocouple wire diameter of 0.254 mm, an overall diameter of 0.6 mm, and is covered with a Teflon protective sleeve. Its compact design significantly reduces thermal interference during the layup process. To enhance measurement accuracy, five KTCs were employed with an inter-sensor spacing of 50 mm. The KTC is securely fixed to the mold surface using high-temperature adhesive tape, ensuring precise positioning of the hot end relative to the prepreg tape. The cold end of the KTC is connected to the corresponding terminal of the M208 data acquisition card. The M208 high-speed data acquisition card is responsible for capturing, processing, and storing real-time signals, with a response time of 1 ms, which meets the high-frequency requirements of dynamic temperature monitoring. During the layup process of the sixth layer of incoming tape, the temperature transmitted to the first layer is below or close to the glass transition temperature (Tg) of PEKK. Therefore, this study used KTC to record the temperature changes of the first six layers.
