Description

This dataset provides the supplementary data and auditable calculations supporting the article “Material transport from deep water to the surface of Lake Monoun (Cameroon) by artificial degassing.” It contains the published-source inputs and spreadsheet calculations used to reconstruct pipe-water discharge and associated solute transport at Lake Monoun, together with selected author-provided CTD CO2 and oxygen-related records for which publication permission was obtained. The dataset is organized into Tier A, containing the published-source calculation framework, and Tier B, containing the approved supplementary observational records. The complete original author-provided working workbook is not included.

Steps to reproduce

Open the Excel workbook and follow the calculation flow described in sheet A0_README. The main quantitative reconstruction proceeds from A1_Assumptions, A2_CO2_inventory and A3_Intake_records through A6_Intake_means to A5_Calc_flux. Sheets A7–A10 provide comparison, diagnostic, external-check and figure-source calculations. Tier B sheets provide supplementary CTD CO2 and oxygen-related records.
