This dataset is the research data of the article titled "Terpenoids from Daphne pedunculata and Their Cytotoxic Activities In Vitro". The highlights of the research are: 1. Three new terpenoids, including two tigliane-type diterpenoids and one daucane sesquiterpenoid, were isolated from Daphne pedunculata H. F. Zhou ex C. Y. Chang. 2. Compounds 2, 5, and 8 showed moderate cytotoxic activities against A549, MDA-MB-231, and SW480 cancer cell lines. 3. Compound 2 inhibited A549 cell growth in a concentration-dependent manner, indicating its potential as an anticancer agent.used for supplemtary
