This dataset contains all functional calcium imaging datasets of larval zebrafish acute seizure models (whole-brain, cellular-resolution, N=3); dentate gyrus granule cells from control dentate gyrus (N=3); dentate gyrus granule cells from dentate gyrus of mice with chronic temporal lobe epilepsy (N=3). Additionally, the zebrafish datasets contain the physical location of each neuron after registration to a zebrafish atlas, as well as the physical brain region the neuron inhabits.
