Stable cell lines with a doxycycline-inducible APOBEC1-YTH or APOBEC1-YTHmut transgene were treated with 1µg/mL doxycycline and cultured at 37 degrees C for 0 h or 24 h. Fluorescent images were captured using a Leica DMi8 inverted microscope (Excitation 470/40, Emission 525/50) using the LAS X software.
