Description
This dataset supports the study examining how biospheric values influence green supply chain management (GSCM) through the mediating roles of generative concern and environmental attitude, with generative leadership as a moderating factor. The data were collected from 251 employees working in public sector organizations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan, using a structured questionnaire. The dataset includes measures of biospheric values (BSV), generative concern (GC), environmental attitude (EA), generative leadership (GL), and green supply chain management (GSCM). All variables were measured using a five-point Likert scale (1 = strongly disagree to 5 = strongly agree). The study is grounded in the Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory and the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV), and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) techniques. The dataset is fully anonymized and contains no personally identifiable information. It is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research in sustainable supply chain management.

Steps to reproduce
Data were collected using a structured questionnaire administered to employees in public sector organizations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan. Respondents completed the survey using a five-point Likert scale. The dataset was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS 4.0 to test the measurement and structural models. Subsequently, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) analysis was conducted to assess non-linear relationships and variable importance. To reproduce the results, researchers may import the dataset into SmartPLS or other statistical software and apply the same measurement model, structural model, and ANN procedures as described in the associated study.
