Description

The dataset contains municipality- and region-level data on the territorial origins of members of parliament in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. It combines electoral and demographic indicators to assess patterns of territorial representation and the spatial distribution of parliamentary mandates. The dataset enables comparative analysis of overrepresentation and underrepresentation across municipalities and regions in three Baltic states.
