Steps to reproduce

The leaves from potato cultivar Kexin 13 were sampled at 12 h, 24 h, 10 d after inoculation for RNA extraction and RNA-seq. The RNA quality of the leaves samples was confirmed, and the samples were sent to Zhejiang Annoroad Biotechnology Co., Ltd for RNA sequencing. A quantity of 2 micrograms (g) of RNA per sample was utilized as the input material for the preparation of RNA samples. The NEBNext UltraTM RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (#E7530L, NEB, USA) was employed to generate sequencing libraries, following the guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
