Multiplexed Laser-Diode-Assisted Fourier Ptychographic Microscopy for Directional Fourier Support Extension
Description
This reproducibility package accompanies the manuscript “Multiplexed Laser-Diode-Assisted Fourier Ptychographic Microscopy for Directional Fourier Support Extension.” The archive contains the LED-only, Hybrid LED-LD, and USAF ablation reconstruction code; analysis and figure-generation scripts; configuration files; processed reconstruction results; and the metric files used in the study. It also provides the complete raw acquisition for the original USAF experiment, including 121 single-LED images, two multiplexed LD images, three single-direction LD images, and two corresponding dark references. One 20×/0.40-NA USAF reference image and its matched dark frame are also included. Processed reconstruction amplitudes, run configurations, and quantitative results are provided for the USAF target, pineapple tissue section, and maize leaf lower epidermis. The included source metrics and frozen derived arrays support the inspection or regeneration of the theoretical Fourier-support analysis, radial spectral-power curves, support-region gains, support-selectivity gap, edge-transition widths, SNR and CNR measurements, LED-height comparison, raw LED signal-coverage audit, target-orientation analysis, plant-tissue comparison, and USAF ablation study presented in Figs. 2–11. To keep the public archive practical in size, the complete raw image stacks from the 0°, 5°, and 50° target-orientation experiments, the 50°/12 ms LD-exposure sensitivity experiment, the 31.7 mm raised-LED experiment, and the plant-tissue acquisitions are not duplicated in the archive. For these experiments, the package provides path-sanitized acquisition manifests, SHA-256 checksums, processed inputs, frozen derived arrays, final reconstruction amplitudes where applicable, run configurations, and the associated quantitative results. The omitted raw image stacks are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. File descriptions, data-scope details, and execution instructions are provided in README.md and DATA_AVAILABILITY.md.
