Previous studies showed tirbanibulin’s efficacy in immunocompetent patients, but no data existed for solid organ transplant recipients. This study supports incorporating tirbanibulin in solid organ transplant recipients to treat the field of cancerization, improving AK clearance and reducing new lesions, suggesting its use beyond lesion-directed therapies in this population.
