Description

Environmental DNA (eDNA) metabarcoding of water samples was used as a method for monitoring mosquito larvae. The dataset includes raw, unprocessed eDNA reads collected from Jakarta, Indonesia. These sequences were obtained from three different locations, using the COX1 gene to specifically target mosquito species
