This study investigated changes in microRNA expression in cucumber scions grafted onto disease-resistant rootstocks (C/R), susceptible rootstocks (C/S), and self-grafted plants (C/C) at different time points—both uninoculated with powdery mildew and 48 hours post-inoculation.
