Comprehensive milk peptide profiling in regards to animal species and processing conditions

The data files uploaded show HR-MS data and the resulting PEAKS data html files of milk samples from different animal origin and processing, upon which a peptide profiling was based. Comparison of the peptides identified in the different mammalian species led to the determination of species-specific marker peptides. Furthermore, data evaluation was conducted in regards to the heat treatment to which the samples were subjected (ESL, extended shelf life; P, pasteurization; UHT, ultra-high temperature).
