Processed RNA-seq Data from GA3- and Paclobutrazol-Treated Eucalyptus occidentalis
Description
This dataset contains processed RNA-seq expression and differential expression tables from Eucalyptus occidentalis seedlings treated with exogenous gibberellic acid (GA3), paclobutrazol, and control conditions. The dataset includes three processed comparison tables: GA3 treatment versus control, GA3 treatment versus paclobutrazol treatment, and paclobutrazol treatment versus control. These processed data were used to support the transcriptomic analyses reported in the manuscript titled “Transcriptomic Insights into the Response of Eucalyptus occidentalis to Exogenous Gibberellin Application.

Steps to reproduce
The uploaded files are processed RNA-seq expression and differential expression tables. The data can be used by opening the Excel files and reviewing the gene expression results for each comparison: GA3 treatment versus control, GA3 treatment versus paclobutrazol treatment, and paclobutrazol treatment versus control. These processed tables were used for downstream transcriptomic interpretation, including identification of differentially expressed genes and functional analysis described in the associated manuscript.
