Description

This study aims to establish normative reference values for the Timed Up and Down Stairs (TUDS) test in children aged 6–14 years. The TUDS test is a functional mobility assessment that evaluates stair negotiation ability, requiring coordination, balance, and lower limb strength. Data were collected from school-going children using a standardized protocol. The findings provide age-specific reference values that can be used in clinical practice and research to assess functional mobility and identify deviations in pediatric populations.
