Title: BIOSE MRI: A Multimodal Brain MRI Dataset with Clinical Findings for Neuroimaging Research Affiliations: BRAC University, Biomedical Science and Engineering (BIOSE) Research Center Description: This dataset contains multimodal brain MRI scans acquired from 40 anonymized human subjects. The scans include both anatomical and diffusion-weighted MRI (DWI), formatted according to the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) version 1.8.0. Diagnostic metadata in the form of anonymized clinical reports is provided for 34 of the 40 subjects. The dataset supports a wide range of neuroimaging research use cases, including unsupervised/self-supervised learning, supervised classification, and modality harmonization. The diagnostic reports were written by professional radiologists and include fields such as clinical history, findings, and impressions. Two versions of the reports are provided: the original textual reports (1.Patient_Diagnosis_Report) and a cleaned, structured version for machine learning tasks (2.Cleaned_Patient_Diagnosis_Report). All data were acquired from Islami Bank Central Hospital and organized by researchers from BRAC University and the BIOSE Research Center.
