The dataset comprises Raw experimental Laboratory data(s) presenting and figures created from data on the short-term effects of cattle manure (CM), biochar (BC), and their combined application (CM + BC) on soil microbial growth, fungal abundance, pH, enzyme activities (dehydrogenase, urease, and phosphatase), culturable microbial morphology, biochemical and phenotypic identification, and selected physicochemical properties of sandy clay-loam soil across four soil depths (5, 10, 15, and 20 cm) during a two-month laboratory incubation using standardized soil analytical methods.
