Description

We have provided the data and code used in the statistical analyses for the Ecology and Evolution journal article titled, "Evaluating the accuracy and biological biological meaning of visits to RFID-enabled bird feeders using video." There are two types of data organized by folder: (1) raw data that can be cleaned using the provided code and (2) cleaned data that is prepared for each model analysis in the provided code. In the "Raw data" folder, there are two data sets: "data_fivespecies" consists of the visits made to the RFID-enabled bird feeders; "data_pit" consists of the visits made to the RFID-enabled bird feeders for the individuals with Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) tags. We have provided descriptions of each column and the type of data contained for both raw data sets in the README file. In the "Cleaned data" folder, there are three data sets, each corresponding to the model specified in the R code (code_v15).
