Description
How often US professionals' contact records give a phone number, the employer and the city, for 41 occupations by state: 1,000 occupation and state rows covering 3,761,783 records from Email Lists USA's build of October 2026. Counts and percentages only; no personal data. Fields: - with_phone: records with a phone number. - with_employer: records that name the employer. - with_city: records that give a city. Register-based records usually give a city and rarely an employer; website-based records usually name the employer. Percentages are of the row's records, rounded to one decimal.

Steps to reproduce
Each figure is computed from the Email Lists USA build of October 2026: for every occupation and state file of at least 50 records whose count matched the published build, the records with a phone number, a named employer and a city are counted. Records come from state licensing registers and from the public websites of firms, employers, practices and professional directories. Counts only; no personal data.
