Description

This dataset supports the central argument that national culture significantly influences the performance of coffee firms, given that coffee entrepreneurship constitutes an innovation-driven activity where cultural factors play a critical role. Specifically, the dataset highlights how cultural dimensions shape entrepreneurial outcomes in the coffee sector, with a focus on innovation dynamics. Importantly, it addresses a gap in the literature by incorporating five key national cultural dimensions, including the often-overlooked interaction effects with uncertainty avoidance (UA). By capturing these intercultural influences, the dataset offers a more nuanced understanding of how culture conditions entrepreneurial success in global coffee markets.
