Supplementary data for the Ph.D. thesis "Experimental study of the origin of mass-independent isotopic fractionations in cosmochemistry" for the plasma deposits (chapter VII)
Description
The "Experiments data" file shows the different experimental conditions (duration, power, gas composition, polarization intensity and voltage, as well as the recuperation area data) for 155 microwave plasma experiments. This file also indicates the analyses done during the experiments and on the wafers and deposits. The "Dataset S1" file presents the triple oxygen isotopes analyses realized on the plasma experiment deposits presented in Chapter VII of the Ph.D. thesis "Experimental study of the origin of mass-independent isotopic fractionations in cosmochemistry" and in the article: "Mass-independent fractionation of oxygen isotopes during high-temperature condensation in cosmochemical plasmas". The isotope analyses were realized with two ion microprobes: the CAMECA IMS 1270 E7 at the CNRS-CRPG, Nancy, and the CAMECA NanoSIMS ion probe at the Institut Origine et Evolution (Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle-Sorbonne Université, CNRS), Paris.
