Description

Complementary therapies are increasingly explored to help reduce the adverse effects experienced by cancer patients during treatment. Yoga-Nidra, a non-invasive, low-cost, and low-effort relaxation technique, may be especially beneficial for individuals with limited mobility. This study examines its impact on psychological distress and quality of life in cancer patients.
