Description

CSV file is the result of each text file. Wet work: BMAC samples were spun to searate out cellular and serum component. The serum was then filtered through an IgG and albumin exclusion column before performing a bicinchoninic acid assay to determine each samples concentration. All samples were diluted to a uniform concentration and applied to one of four antibody-microarrays. Data processing: Microarrays were scanned in GenePix4000b scanner using the GenePix Pro 6.0.1.25 software. Raw data was exported and the 'F52 Mean- - B532' data was used. Proteins were analyzed in quadruplicate, all spots greater than 20% of the median value of their sister spots were excluded. Spots which met the inclusion criteria were averaged and a log2 transform was applied before normalizing all spots to the average of two control samples run on each array. *Note features in excel file have been obfuscated, all values remain, but names have be anonymized for future publication purposes*
