Description

The geographical protection range for Yingde black tea spans from longitude 112°45′ to 113°55′ E and latitude 23°50′ to 24°33′ N. The protective scope encompasses four primary tea production regions in Yingde City, China: Yingdong, Yingzhong, Yingnorthwest, and Yingsouthwest. Hence, the investigation area comprises the four major production areas of Yingde black tea. The survey aims to engage government officials, black tea associations, black tea-related enterprises, research institutes specializing in black tea, and black tea growers within the four major production areas. To ensure a representative sample based on the relevant personnel within the four major tea-producing regions and following the requirement for random distribution, 150, 100, 150, and 200 individuals were randomly selected from each of the four regions to complete the survey questionnaire. Before conducting the survey, we screened 20 college students majoring in business and provided them with skill training through questionnaire surveys. We directed these 20 college students majoring in business to distribute a collective total of 600 survey questionnaires and successfully gathered 565 completed questionnaires. After sorting, we obtained 416 valid questionnaires, with a valid questionnaire response rate of 69.3%.
