Smart organisations in the EU-28

Description

Data needed to identify and assess the use of the crucial factors of "power of SMART organisation" in SMART EU IR 4.0; and to propose a tool to monitor the use of these factors and identify paths for more effective EU navigation towards SMART EU IR 4.0. To achieve these objectives, it was undertaken to construct a synthetic Power of Smart Organisations Index (PSOI) based on previously collected statistical data. Based on the analysis of its results, countries wishing to actively engage in the development of their own and the EU's SMARTNESS and competitiveness can be offered several more or less intense navigation paths to market success, based on the development of SMART organisations.
