Differentially-expressed proteins in skin and gill proteome of guppies responding to Gyrodactylus turnbulli infection, while comparing the phytobiotic-based Apex diet (Adisseo, France) with a control diet at Day 13 and Day 17 post-infection. Guppies were separated into three categories based on their infection status: susceptible, responding and resistant.
