Data to accompany: Electrochemical reactions under reverse bias create additional mobile ions that enable hole tunneling in metal halide perovskite diodes (Joule 2026))
Description
Data and analyses for primary analyses in the Joule article by Kell Fremouw, Ryan A DeCrescent, et. al. (Joule, 2026). Most analyses are performed via Jupyter Notebooks. Data and analyses to reproduce each manuscript panel (or series of panels if from the same datasets with similar analyses) are self-contained in separate directories. Figure panels are specified by the directory name (E.g., Fig_1c). A custom Python module `Process_Solar_Sim_Data.py` is included which needs to be called from within most of the notebooks. Drift-diffusion calculations are performed from a Matlab program 'Driftfusion'. See: Calado, P., Gelmetti, I., Hilton, B. et al.
