Description

The dataset comprises raw harvest information for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025. Three repetitions were performed for each harvest year. The data are structured in eight rows. The quantitative variables recorded for each unit consist of biomass productivity, expressed in TCH (Tons of Cane per Hectare), and sugar productivity, represented by TSH (Tons of Sugar per Hectare). Additionally, surveys of the technological quality of the raw material were carried out, focusing on the Fiber content (percentage of matter insoluble in water) and the TRS (Total Recoverable Sugars).
