Replication package for "Housing Regime Variant in a Developmental State: China’s Productivist Dualism with Tripartite Differentiation"

Description

This replication package accompanies the article “Housing Regime Variant in a Developmental State: China’s Productivist Dualism with Tripartite Differentiation.” It contains the Stata do-files, log files, and non-confidential outputs used to reproduce the empirical tables reported in the article. The analysis uses the 2017 and 2019 waves of the China Household Finance Survey (CHFS), administered by the Survey and Research Center for China Household Finance at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. These data are available to registered users through the official [CHFS Data Platform](https://chfser.swufe.edu.cn/datahub). Because the authors are not authorised to redistribute the CHFS microdata, neither the original data nor derived household-level analysis datasets are included in this package. Researchers wishing to reproduce the results should obtain the relevant data directly from CHFS and follow the file-placement and execution instructions provided in the README.
