Description

The .zip file contains all necessary R scripts, C++ and files code files to generate the result from the ABM model, sensitivity analysis, plots and tables present on our work.

Steps to reproduce

The attached .zip file contains all the necessary data and R scripts used to generate the results presented in the paper. Inside the .zip archive, there are three main folders: data, my-sobol, and my-morris. In addition, the root directory includes R scripts that are essential for reproducing the main results of the model. The data folder contains several subfolders prefixed with “sim”, which include PDF files with the results generated by the model. These PDFs can be regenerated using the R scripts provided in the main directory. In particular, the script ee_macro_output.R is used to reproduce the main graphs shown in the paper. Also, inside the data folder there is a .docx file called "model_code" where is available the C++ code to the generated agent-based model (ABM). The my-sobol folder contains all the data and R scripts required to conduct the Sobol global sensitivity analysis. Similarly, the my-morris folder includes all the data and R scripts necessary to perform the Morris elementary effects global sensitivity analysis. By providing these materials, the authors aim to ensure that anyone interested can replicate the results presented, thus reinforcing transparency and contributing to the logic of reproducibility, which is essential for scientific progress..
