Lili ZhangDescription
Exercise improves function slowly. During the 6 weeks exercise intervention period, we retained the cardiac ultrasound and blood pressure data at three-week of Con+AE, HFpEF+AE, and HFpEFKO+AE. This is important for predicting final outcome and the effect of short-term exercise on HFpEF.

Eight-week-old C57BL/6 and Alcat1 knockout mice were used to establish a HFpEF induced kidney injury model. Cardiac function and blood pressure were assessed using echocardiography and a non-invasive intelligent blood pressure monitor.Comparing the changes of cardiac function and blood pressure in Exercise group at 3 weeks and 6wk, the results showed that continuous training further improved myocardial ejection ability.
