Description

The Visible-thermal database of rice field contains 100 pairs of images (100 visible images and 100 thermal (near-infrared) images) with dimensions of 595 x 385 pixels. Each image also includes mask image and Ground truth image. In order to identify each plant in both images, a number was assigned to each plant as a tag in both images. These tags are available in the label image. This database has been prepared in a paddy located in Amol city of Mazandaran province located in Iran with geographical coordinates (length: 52.453171 and width: 36.601498 and height 12-meters). Images are taken in natural light. The wind speed at the time of Imaging was 10 km / h (from northwest to southeast). Also, the imaging was done in the third week after planting rice seedlings on the farm. The T8 thermal imaging camera was used for thermal imaging with output images of 385 x 594 pixels. also, the Sony IMX234 Exmor RS sensor with a 1⁄2.6-inch detector surface area was used for visible imaging. The designed imaging system captures both visible and thermal images almost simultaneously from the farm surface. The center of the two cameras in the imaging system is located at a distance of 5 cm from each other and on a screen And all images were taken from a height of 120 cm relative to the water surface on the ground and at a 135-degree angle.
