Description

This dataset contains output files from the parameterisation for experiments conducted over the historical period and for nine future shared socio-economic pathways (SSPs) from CMIP6. The files provide changes in surface ozone, ozone burden and ozone radiative forcing for each scenario. The output files from the parameterisation show annual mean changes relative to present day as a global mean and as a regional mean across 16 different receptor regions (defined in Figure S1 of accompany paper). Results from selected SSPs are included to highlight the sensitivity to changes in local and remote emission source regions. In addition, the output from parameterisation is included from experiments showing the sentivity to different emission sectors and also to perturbations in methane. Results from a selection of CMIP5 scenarios are also included to provide a comparison to previouos work using the parameterisation.
