This manuscript investigates the learning styles of junior doctors in Singapore and proposes tailored teaching methods based on Grasha's Integrated Model.

Steps to reproduce

Data was collected using the Grasha-Riechmann Student Learning Style Scales (GRSLSS). The average score for each learning style was calculated, and comparative analyses were conducted using Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests.
