Steps to reproduce
Purified C.1086 proteins were loaded on native gel (NativePAGE™ 4 to 16%, Bis-Tris, 1.0 mm, Mini Protein Gel, 10-well, catalog no BN1002BOX, Thermo Fisher) and run at 4 degrees, 120V for 8hrs. The blot was stained with GelCode™ Blue Safe Protein Stain, cat no 24594, Thermo Fisher based on manufacturer's instructions. Protein marker used as standard/reference was NativeMark™ Unstained Protein Standard, cat no LC0725, Thermo Fisher.
