Description

The dataset comprises comprehensive lipidomic profiles obtained from skin and plasma samples of hairless mice subjected to UV-induced photoaging and treated with oral hyaluronic acid (HA). Lipid extracts were analyzed using high-resolution mass spectrometry to quantify alterations in lipid composition across experimental groups. The dataset includes key lipid classes such as ceramides, sphingomyelins, phospholipids, and free fatty acids, providing insights into the protective effects of HA against UV-induced lipid perturbations. Data preprocessing involved normalization and statistical analysis to identify significant changes associated with HA supplementation.
