Using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), we found that hepatic arachidonic acid metabolism pathway, especially epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs) signaling, was specifically altered following chronic mild stress (CMS) paradigm, a validated animal model employed to study the psychopathology of stress-related disorders including depression. Datasets include the unmodified gel and microscopy images for each figure, as well as all original data files generated by raw reads for RNA-seq.
