In order to investigate the current organizational types of Turkish universities as perceived by academic staff members in Turkish universities, the present study applied semi-structured interviews among university academic staff members. The design of the semi-structured interviews is based on the questions of OCAI. This method enabled us to gain a greater insight and reveal the perceived existing OC typology in Turkish universities. The organisational culture types are identified by asking the participants to describe the dimensions of OCAI which represent their university.
