Historical database on lung diseases in Spain (2015-2023), organized by year, autonomous community and disease category. Includes data before and after COVID-19. Useful for studies on respiratory epidemiology, public health, sanitary policies and analysis of the pandemic impact on chronic diseases. DISEASE CATEGORIES INCLUDED: 1. COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, ICD-10: J44) 2. Bronchial asthma (ICD-10: J45-J46) 3. Pneumonia (ICD-10: J18) 4. Lung Cancer (ICD-10: C34) 5. Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (ICD-10: J84) 6. Total Respiratory Diseases 7. COPD + COVID-19 (complication) INDICATORS: Mortality (absolute deaths and rates/100,000 inhabitants), Hospitalizations (admissions and rates/100,000 inhabitants), Prevalence (% population and estimated cases). COVERAGE: 17 autonomous communities + Ceuta and Melilla + national level. Period 2015-2023: Pre-COVID (2015-2019), During-COVID (2020-2021), Post-COVID (2022-2023).
