The data listed in the table contain the data and codes needed to calculate the financial ecological environment, measure green technical progress, and estimate the shadow price CO2, and are mainly used to explore the relationship between the financial ecological environment, green technical progress, and the shadow price of CO2.The entropy weight and super-efficiency DEA are used to evaluate the financial ecological environment efficiency of 26 provinces in China, green technology innovation capacity and energy efficiency are selected to gauge regional green technical progress, and a robust estimation model is constructed to measure the shadow price of CO2. The paper empirically investigates the intrinsic path of the financial ecological environment on the shadow price of CO2 with a fixed effects panel data model, with green technical progress as the mediating variable.
