Forearm and wrist pain due to prolonged bike riding is a common issue among motorcyclists. The prevalence of this condition varies across studies, but it is clear that it is a significant problem that can lead to discomfort and injury. The position of the handlebars, the type of handlebars, and the size and shape of the handlebars are all factors that can contribute to forearm and wrist pain in Bikers.

Steps to reproduce

An online survey study was conducted among 200 prolonged bike riders age between 18-26 years was done to assess the. The surveys questionnaires were created to collect data regarding the frequency of wrist and forearm pain among bike riders which included question like duration, distance, purpose and body position etc. There were 20 questions and validated from the experts.
